Kitsune Kiridashi Knife

The traditionally known Japanese Kiridashi knife is a multi function single right bevelled tool. Often sold as a Japanese marking knife, the stiff blade of the Kiridashi truly excels at heavier cuts. At a chunky 5 mm and heat treated it will take a beating and keep its edge. These hand forged blades are also awesome tools for carving, scraping and marking. Comes with a hand stitched, Italian leather sheath.
